We begin the training with a pre-training questionnaire; answers are returned to us, collated and then utilized as part of the material in modules 1 and 2.
- Personal Values module - facilitates deeper understanding of self and awareness about personal values or what is importantin each person¡¯s life. Gives people insight to values as a ¡®driver¡¯ and how much it influences the ¡®direction¡¯ of their lives. Teaches participants how to change their values by using the Personal Values Matrix¢â tool
- Company Values module - identifies key role of values in creating company culture and facilitates reduction of emotional charges from any current limiting values. Defines new core company values using the Organisational Values Matrix¢â tool and principles of values-based culture
- Values Charter module - brings the new core company values to life as we create the Values Charter with statements of behaviours for each of the values. These statements become the rules or Code of Practice the company will adopt as the expectations of the new revitalized culture
- Values Integration module - facilitates integration of the new core company values and code of practice. Teaches innovative techniques that develop strong cultures using self-regulation, peer regulation, Values Linking Process and role modeling
- Values Implementation - integrating the values charter into the systems and processes of the company to create long term transformation. The final and most important step of the Values Matrix program to ensure the Values Charter is integrated into all areas of the company. The process is usually spread over several months or longer.
The Values Matrix¢â Program suits small groups from 5 to 25 people and larger groups of 100 or more. It's a very interactive program so the only requirement is enough room for participants to move around.
